Adult skating school in Helsinki

HTK’s adult skating courses consist of three different levels. With this three-tiered structure, we can offer everyone the right level of group training and development.

The courses are held in Finnish, but our instructors are happy to give tips and instructions in English as well.

Adult courses are organized as follows:

Beginner course
Saturdays at the Kaarela ice rink from 3:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Basic course
Mondays at the Salmisaari ice rink from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Full)
Saturdays at Kaarela Ice Rink from 3:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Advanced course
Wednesdays at Kaarela Ice Rink from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. (Full)

Adult beginner course

Want to learn how to skate? The beginner course for adults is an easy-to-join skating course where you don’t need to know how to skate to participate—the most important thing is your enthusiasm for learning something new!
